Strength and Conditioning
Not your "same old workout", everyday is a different workout with a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, bodyweight, and cardio movements. Our strength and conditioning classes are a great way to mix things up while making yourself stronger, faster and leaner.

Learn some of the fundamentals of kickboxing while getting a great cardio workout. Kickboxing is a fantastic way to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
*Great for all fitness levels, boxing gloves supplied or available to purchase , no experience necessary, all levels welcome.
We offer one-on-one or small group training with any of our trainers (see about us to meet our team). Sessions can include boxing, kickboxing and strength and conditioning movements designed for you to reach your goals.
